woolala;
i'm deleting posts more often than writing new ones, i found out.

Anyways, i screwed up business managment. really.
I was basically staring at the 1st part of the 1st question, and nothing going through my head.
The table look rather tempting to sleep on though.

Pratically crapped through the entire paper, and the stuff i crapped about is totally . . crap.
Nil related to bmgt stuff. for some, i guess.

Imagine you own a bookstore, and the theft and vandalism rate in the shop is high, what plan would you make to decrease the rates using the 5 steps of planning? [15marks]

1. Set up security cameras.
2. Make the employees patrol around the store in shifts.
3. Keep all items for sale in glass cabinets.
4. If all measures failed, seek help from neighbourhood police post.
